The recommendation to allow this product to be in contract with the material being cleaned for 15 minutes where the stains were stubborn encouraged me to leave it for 15 minutes over the entire surface because it was all stained. Works! My bowl was disgusting! I chose to use this product because it had no nonsensical restrictions against touching metals, or even tile surfaces yet promised to act '50% stronger' (than ?).
